Solopreneur Suzanne Robinson on the Benefits of Working with a Virtual Assistant
Suzanne Robinson of Practice with Honor is a professional dental practice builder who has worked with her virtual assistant Jody Higgins off My Virtual Assistant Service an average of two hours per week for the past year.
Suzanne has some pretty straightforward advice for other business owners considering working with a virtual assistant:
Why did you decide to work with a virtual assistant?
I was in need of expert help with Word, social media, and other related projects. I was overwhelmed and could not get it all done by myself. Jody Higgins was referred by a reliable source and I have not been disappointed in the least.
What changes have you seen in your business since working with a virtual assistant?
I can move forward with projects faster because I don’t have to take time out to learn features of Word I am not proficient in. I can spend more time marketing.
What types of tasks do you delegate to your virtual assistant most often?
Social media, Word document projects. Excel projects, etc.
Can you share a time when your virtual assistant saved the day?
Yes, with my treatment tracker spreadsheets and my mini manuals. A life saver more than once. I have a need, she has the way.
What was the most recent project your virtual assistant completed for you and how did it go?
She put my mini manuals together with very little time to complete the project. She did not complain, deny my request or put me off. She hustled and got it done. I love my VA, Jody Higgins.
Describe your virtual assistant in three words:
Efficient, professional and knowledgeable.
