Solopreneur Debby Werthmann on Her Experience Working with a Virtual Assistant
Debby Werthmann of Werthmann Executive and Life Coaching, LLC is a solopreneur who has worked with virtual assistant, Jody Higgins of My Virtual Assistant Service an average of two hours per week for the past year. Debby graciously took the time to answer a few questions about her personal experience working with a professional virtual assistant. Here’s what she had to say:
Why did you decide to work with a virtual assistant?
I had been thinking about it for years before taking action and I am so glad Jody is in my life. I wanted someone I could build a trusting relationship with. I wanted to stop doing the things in my business that I did not enjoy doing, did not have expertise in, to free up time to work with even more clients and to have more fun in my life in general.
What was the most recent project your virtual assistant completed for you and how did it go?
Jody found and researched a tool that I was unaware of, which we used to create my client forms electronically. My clients can now complete and return their documents online, which saves time and energy for both of us. This project included brainstorming and creating forms and documents, including a welcome letter, questionnaire, contact information, client agreement, and coaching session summary form. I am very pleased with the results.
