Thanks for the great article. Delegation is the key for any successful owner, manager, or leader. Anyone who owns a business knows that tasks can be grouped into “income generation” and “business maintenance” tasks and tht unfortunately the maintenance tasks rarely produce any actual income. As such, delegating as many of these as possible is key to free up your time to actually produce income!
Start slow with your VA and give simple tasks and evaluate their skills and provide constructive feedback. Progress to more complex tasks as your relationship grows and soon you’ll be able to delegate large and difficult tasks with ease.
